Bredarör, Kiviksgraven, Kungagraven är några av namnen på Nordens bredaste stenröse. Den enda med kista med hällbilder. En helt unik upplevelse med andra ord.
Bredarör är ett röse med dekorerad hällkista från bronsåldern. Den historia man valt att frysa i denna rekonstruktion är från 1 400 f Kr, den äldre bronsåldern. Platsens historia är dock långt mycket mer än så. Fynd visar att platsen använts som begravningsplats från 5 500 f. Kr till 1 050 e. Kr.
Vid ett besök här får man, under öppettid, komma in till hällkistan och uppleva de 3 400 år gamla hällbilderna.

A warm welcome to the official website of Bredarör
Bredarör, Kivik Grave, and King’s Grave are some of the names given to the widest stone cairn in the Nordic region. It is the only one with a stone cist decorated with rock carvings. In other words, it is a completely unique experience.
Bredarör is a cairn with a decorated stone cist dating from the Bronze Age. The period chosen to be represented in this reconstruction is around 1400 BC, during the Early Bronze Age. However, the history of the site is far more extensive. Archaeological finds show that the site was used as a burial ground from 5500 BC to AD 1050.
During opening hours, visitors are able to enter the stone cist and experience the 3,400-year-old rock carvings.
